Liu Qiang Meets with Guests from the UK Bodycote Group

Recently, Liu Qiang, Secretary of Jinan Municipal Party Committee, met with the global Executive Vice President of the UK Bodycote Group, Baris, and his delegation at Jinan Dragon Olympic building.

Liu Qiang welcomed the guests and briefly introduced the economic and social development of Jinan. He noted that Jinan is a crucial hub between Beijing and Shanghai, with a significant geographical advantage, convenient transportation, and strong radiative and driving capabilities. In recent years, Jinan's industrial development has been thriving, establishing four major leading pillar industries, including intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment, fine steel, and advanced materials. These align closely with Bodycote Group's business development directions, presenting vast cooperation opportunities. Liu expressed his hope that Bodycote Group would further increase its investment in Jinan, bringing more high-quality projects to the city, achieving mutual benefit, and fostering common development.

Baris highly praised the achievements in Jinan's economic and social development. He stated that Bodycote would fully leverage its technological advantages to further deepen cooperation in areas such as heat treatment services and energy conservation and emission reduction, aiding the high-quality development of Jinan's economy and society.
